Update 18 August 2025, 9:45am

Following a vehicle collision with the Warehouse Swing Bridge on Friday, the bridge is currently closed to boat traffic. Our teams are still on site assessing the damage to the pedestal and other parts of the bridge. Necessary repairs and safety checks will be carried out. An updated notice will be issued on Tuesday, 19th August, with further information

Due to a vehicle colliding into the Warehouse Swing bridge earlier on this afternoon, it is currently closed to boat traffic. Our teams are attending to the site to assess the damage that has been caused to the pedestal and other elements of the swingbridge. Repairs will need to be carried out where necessary and safety checks to the bridge carried out. We will update the notice on Monday 18th August with further updates on the bridge
